Regence BreakthruSM

Each Regence Breakthru plan offers two deductible options and these great features:

  • Unlimited office visits* covered at 100% after the copay (before the deductible) for Breakthru 70 and 80 plans.
  • Generic prescription drugs paid with a copay (before meeting the deductible). The RegenceRx™ Discount Program is also available.
  • Preventive care benefits with Breakthru 70 and Breakthru 80 plans.
  • Regence Advantages discounts on health clubs, LASIK surgery, contact lenses, and more.
*X-rays, lab services and other professional services subject to deductible and coinsurance.

Priced right for students and kids
Regence Breakthru has special pricing options for members age 24 or younger. These plans are a great option if you just want to cover your kids or if you’re a student needing affordable coverage.

Blue Selection PPO Highlights
Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon now offers Blue Selections PPO, an individual and family health care plan for residents of Clark County, Washington. Blue Selections PPO offers affordable coverage with a range of deductible options to help manage your budget.
  • Office visits for a $20 copayment
  • Childhood immunizations, well-baby care and annual women's exams available that does not apply toward your deductible
  • Eye exam and one pair of glasses every 24 months
Regence HSA & HSA Comprehensive Healthplans (Washington)

This plan makes you eligible for the Regence Health Savings Account. The savings account portion of this product allows you to set aside tax-free money to fund your deductible and other qualified medical expenses. Deductible options include $1,500, $2,500 or $3,500 for singles and $3,000, $5,000 or $7,000 for families. If you purchase coverage for your family, you must meet the family deductible.
