Blue Selections PPO offers affordable coverage with
a range of deductible options to help manage your

- Eye exam and one pair of glasses every 24 months
Regence HSA & HSA Comprehensive Healthplans (Washington)
This plan makes you eligible for the Regence Health
Savings Account. The savings account portion of this
product allows you to set aside tax-free money to fund
your deductible and other qualified medical expenses.
Deductible options include $1,500, $2,500
or $3,500 for singles and $3,000, $5,000 or $7,000 for
families. If you purchase coverage for your family,
you must meet the family deductible.
