Clear Care Essential HMO
Prescription drug coverage and a low office visit copayment.
Clear Care Basic HMO
Broad benefits at a low monthly premium. Does not include prescription drug coverage.
Clear Care Sound HMO SNP
For members living in King and Pierce counties who have diabetes. Coverage through the Part D coverage gap, 100% for durable medical equipment, and more.
