Welcome Plans
Three plans that help keep your costs down without compromising coverage. One plan features a 50 percent cost share for your first four outpatient visits and outpatient lab/ X-ray services, and the deductible does not apply until after the 4th visit. The other plan offers your first four outpatient visits at a $30 copayment, with 100 percent coverage for outpatient lab and X-rays for the first $500 per year.  The deductible and coinsurance do not apply until after the 4th visit.

The Welcome $3,500 plan

Balance Plans
Structured like traditional copayment plans, you’ll pay a fee for your in- and out-of-network office visits. For some benefits (in- or out-of-network) your coinsurance won’t apply until after you pay your deductible. And, your deductible doesn’t apply to any preventive care services either in- or out-of-network, or to most in-network office visits, which is a whole lot of value.

HealthPays™ HSA Plans
Our HealthPays Health Savings Account (HSA) plans pair a qualified high-deductible health plan with a separate bank account that gives you the added advantage of setting aside pretax money to help pay for qualified medical expenses. You can use either the HealthPays HSA financial institution or choose your own financial institution. (However, if choosing your own, you would not be able to use our HealthPays online financial services through MyGroupHealth for Members).
