Washington State Individual Health Insurance Applications with Children
***Notice*** The state of Washington has established open enrollment periods of March 15 - April 30 and September 15 - October 31 for enrollees under age 19. With the exception of certain qualifying events as described below, applications for enrollees under age 19 will not be accepted outside of the open enrollment periods. Completed enrollment applications for applicants under the age of 19 must be postmarked, hand-delivered or received electronically before the end of the open enrollment period.
If you or your dependents are under the age of 19 and outside an open enrollment period, you also have additional coverage options through the Washington State Health Insurance Pool (WSHIP) and the Pre-existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP). Please visit www.wship.org
