How do I know if I am eligible for one of Asuris Northwest Health's medical plans?

To be eligible to apply for our individual preferred plans, you must reside in our service area for at least 30 days prior to submitting your application and continue to live in our service area for six months of each year. Eligible dependents include your spouse and/or children under the age of 25. The service area includes the Washington State Counties (Adams, Benton, Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane & Stevens).
